On the occasion of #IndiaWaterWeek2024,
On the occasion of #IndiaWaterWeek2024, a key meeting took place with the Hon’ble Minister of Water from Tanzania, Eng. Kundo Andrew Mathew and his esteemed delegation. The discussions revolved around a potential MoU between India and Tanzania, aimed at enhancing collaboration in water resource management and development.
Both nations pledged to share their expertise, bolstering technical cooperation in vital areas such as water conservation, rainwater harvesting, surface and groundwater management, and aquifer recharge.
Tanzania expressed deep gratitude for the Indian Government’s grants supporting water supply projects, highlighting the significant contributions of WAPCOS.
Together, we are shaping a future where water is preserved, managed, and utilized for the welfare of all.
